Sigmund Freud descriveva il curare come un mestiere “impossibile”, non prevedibile nei suoi effetti. Oggi, in un contesto sanitario ed educativo sempre più complesso, coloro che operano nell’ambito della “cura” affrontano sfide che possono minare il loro benessere psicofisico ed amplificare il rischio di burnout. Il convegno “Curare: un mestiere impossibile? Lo stress lavoro-correlato e il lavoro d’equipe” intende approfondire le criticità e le opportunità legate a tali professioni.
Pertanto, vi sarà un focus specifico concernente lo stress lavoro-correlato, che abbraccia trasversalmente tutte le professioni d’aiuto. Dunque, verrà messo in tensione il rapporto tra burnout e lavoro d’equipe, ovvero verranno analizzate criticità e risorse legate al lavoro di gruppo.
In aggiunta, vi sarà un approfondimento riguardante il contesto dell’immigrazione, dove le barriere linguistiche, culturali ed emotive appaiono particolarmente accentuate e la coesione all’interno dell’equipe appare centrale nel limitare il rischio di burnout e sostenere il progetto psicoeducativo degli utenti accolti.
Attraverso interventi di esperti e momenti di confronto interdisciplinare, i partecipanti potranno acquisire strumenti e strategie per interrogare e migliorare la propria pratica lavorativa, dunque sostenere il loro benessere e rafforzare l’efficacia del lavoro d’equipe, specialmente in contesti transculturali. Sarà, inoltre, messo in luce il ruolo della psicologia nella prevenzione del burnout e nella promozione della coesione all’interno delle equipe. Il convegno si rivolge a medici, infermieri, psicologi, insegnanti, educatori e a tutti i professionisti impegnati nella cura e nell’educazione.
